You don't have to hold it all to create what truly matters.

I’m Kim—business mentor & life coach, single mama, and woman who's walked through some of life’s toughest seasons to emerge more resilient, grounded, and clear on what matters most.

I help women feeling called to both present motherhood and a fulfilling, flexible business (and life!) to create grounded, sustainable, soul-aligned lives and businesses when it feels like it’s an impossible dream. (Because, honestly, it is if you keep trying to do everything we’re told we “should” be doing.)

Here's what I know...

Trying to hold it all—your business, your babies, your healing, your relationships, your dreams—will burn you the f*ck out if you don’t pause and ask yourself what really matters.

And then start getting really intentional about cutting out what doesn’t.

Here's my story...

I started my first business when I was married and my kids were 2 and 4.

I’ve been a full-time stay-at-home mom and a multiple six-figure podcast agency owner* working from my couch—or a desk or my bed—with a toddler and a preschooler cuddling next to me or on my lap. (Hell, they’re 9 and 11 now and still do that!)

I’ve also been through burnout. Felt like every day was survival mode. Experienced emotional, verbal, and financial abuse. Navigated a restraining order and divorce. Bankruptcy. Built, closed, and rebuilt my online business. (Now two businesses!) I’ve had days where showering and just not falling apart in front of my kids felt like an achievement.

So when my clients say they feel like they’re overwhelmed, I don’t just nod—I get it.

And honestly I get it in a way that I couldn’t have 4+ years ago before sh*t got real hard, a lot of my previously taken-for-granted privilege came crashing down, and I emerged on the other side of it—a stronger, more grounded, more happy, and honestly more ME version of myself.

I started mentoring other women who were running podcast businesses 5 years ago. But my coaching work evolved over the last several years to become what it is today because I wanted to give other women what I needed: someone who could really understand and support me in the both/ands of it all.

Someone who gets what it’s like to start, grow, and run a business after you’ve already had your kids. (Or even having more than one kid while running a business for that matter!) Or as a single parent. Or without a supportive partner—whether you’re married or single, let’s be honest this can be a thing. Or without family or childcare close by. Or with neurodivergent kids (or ourselves!).

Someone who could say, “Babe, you are worth so much more than you give yourself credit for. You’ve got this. You deserve a life you freaking LOVE. And you aren’t alone.”

The professional bits...

Before I became a coach, I was a licensed Physician Assistant (in OB/GYN then pediatrics), then left medicine to start my first business—from home—that grew to become a podcast production agency with a team of 11.

I’ve been coaching women for five years—especially moms, podcast producers/managers, agency owners, and entrepreneurs navigating identity, income, and big life transitions.

And I’ve been trained in a year-long coaching certification program—Emotional Leadership—focused around trauma training and ethics.

Fun facts about me...

  • I’ve got ADHD—diagnosed in my late 30s—who equally loves and needs a clean and organized space but is really more Type B so I struggle with getting it there ;)

  • Single mama to two wild and wonderful tween boys

  • I adore reading and do it every chance I get (especially fantasy smut and historical fiction!) but I rarely watch TV or movies

  • Love me some coffee with oat milk, herbal tea, Diet Dr. Pepper, wine, or champagne

  • A total nerd who can make a mean spreadsheet ;)

  • Deeply passionate about helping women create lives that feel safe, satisfying, and theirs and creating generational change for our kids

* For super transparency—which is really important to me—and to make sure we’re on the same page, I want to add that “multiple six-figures” can mean a lot of different things depending on who you ask. And I want to clarify that what I mean here, is that my podcast agency made over $200,000 USD in annual revenue/cash received (around $225K both years) for 2 years in a row at its height.
