Build a thriving online business that works around your life — not one that takes it over.

Private coaching for moms who want sustainable income from home, more spaciousness inside and outside of their work, and unshakable self-trust.

This isn’t about hustling harder—it’s about building a business that honors your capacity, your motherhood, your unique badassery, and your desire for more.

Before we dive into it, I know long ass sales pages suck—I hate them, too!—and I know your time and attention is limited as a mama. So I’ll try to keep this short and sweet, but I can be verbose AF 🤪 and there’s a lot to say here. So here are some quick links if you want or need to jump ahead 😉

Why do I want this?▫️So why you, Kim?▫️What’s the process like?▫️What does it cost?▫️What about results?▫️FAQs

You’re in the right place if….

➡️ You’re running a business and raising kids — and honestly? It kinda feels like you’re constantly failing at both.

➡️ You love and feel called to both your work and your family. But it feels like you can never turn your brain off, you’ve got wayyyy too many mental tabs open every day, and you’re starting to question if you're even cut out for this.

➡️ When you’re spending time with the kids, you’re really half paying attention and half feeling anxious that a client might be mad at you because you’re taking too long to respond or not delivering things quicker. And when you’re at your computer, you’re only half focused because you’ve got one ear open at all times to listen for the kids.

➡️ You feel like things are never going fast enough in your business and that you’re always freaking behind, waiting for the other shoe to drop and it all to fall apart.

➡️ You’ve tried the courses, the freebies, allll the social posts, the emails, the manifestation practices—and you're still stuck in a loop of overthinking, undercharging, overdelivering, and starting to think things like “what’s the freaking point, because nothing is working!?”

➡️ You’re so tired of feeling like the only path to success is hustling harder, being visible and on social media 24/7, and contorting yourself into someone else's version of what your business should look like. Because that version does NOT feel good to you.

➡️ Maybe you’re not here to build an empire; at least in this season of your life and motherhood. You’re here to build something sustainable that’s just for you, gives you more than enough income, peace, presence with your kids, and space for life.

If that’s you, I see you. You’re not failing. It’s not at all that you’re not cut out for this or that you don’t get to have this. Because you are and you do!

You’re navigating and holding way more than most people realize. And there’s a better way…

Now, I want you take a deep breath…and imagine this reality instead:👇🏻

💵 You feel confident and strong because you have your own money coming in from your business and you get to do it around your schedule as a mom AND you’re more patient and present with your kids.

💵 You’re making so much money in your business that your partner could retire from their corporate career to pursue their own passions if they wanted to.

💵 OR you’re making so much money in your business that you never have to rely on a man again and you’ve built true financial freedom where you could leave or rebuild after an unhealthy relationship and know you’re totally good on your own with your kids.

💵 You feel deeply in charge and empowered around your money—both in your personal life and your business—instead of feeling scared, uncertain, and ruled by it.

👩🏻‍💻 You know exactly where to focus your—let's be honest, limited—time and energy in your business to make progress towards what actually matters to you. Not what some person on the internet says you should be striving for.

👩🏻‍💻 You feel super clear and solid on the numbers in your business, where clients are coming from, and what needs tweaked or left alone in your marketing so that you can confidently close the computer and be really present with your family (or do something fun just for you!).

👩🏻‍💻 You actually feel like you have more space in the day and you're making more money in less work hours and more family time. Not because of some "magic formula"—because those don't exist!—but because you're now confidently delegating, selling, setting and holding boundaries in and around your work, and making data-driven decisions about your work priorities and pricing.

👩🏻‍💻 You’ve built a business that holds during school breaks, sick days, and days when your capacity is low—because you’ve designed it for real life, not fantasy life.

💛 You actually look forward to family time because you're no longer also mentally juggling a thousand unfinished work tasks, feeling super guilty about not doing more, fearing that you're missing out on a sale because you weren't 100% available to everyone at all times, and instead you can be present and truly enjoy your kids, yourself, your friends, and your partner (if you've got one, or just your beautiful self if you don't, like me! 😉).

💛 You've let go of others' expectations around what your life, business, and motherhood should look like and instead have connected with and started living YOUR way.

💛 You no longer link your self-worth to your revenue, anything about your business, how many home cooked meals you made or how many volunteer things you did for your kids, and instead you feel confident in and proud of yourself simply because you're YOU.

💛 You've reconnected with and made space for the parts of yourself that make you feel alive, fulfilled, connected, and inspired—because motherhood shouldn't mean you give those parts of yourself up. 💛

✨ Yes, EVEN on those days where all plans go to shit because your kids won't stop crying or needing your attention, someone is sick…again 🥴…or you feel like crying and raging at everything and feel anxious AF because you're in your luteal phase as a woman in her 30s/40s 🤪 (IYKYK!) and your work capacity is even LESS (or nonexistent!) than usual.

✨ Your nervous system feels safe, stable, and regulated most days, and you have a set of tools at the ready to navigate moments for the days when you inevitably and understandably get dysregulated (and feel like you might lose your ever loving mind if your kid touches you or yells "mooommmmmm!!!" one. more. time. 🤪)

If this sounds like exactly what you're craving, you're in the right place. And yes—this life is absolutely possible for you. 💛

I get it, because I've been where you are.

I had to walk through every step of what I now call the Rooted & Thriving™ Method (my signature framework)—learning to regulate my nervous system and even what the hell that meant at first 🤪, reflect on my business and personal life with data and raw honesty, refine my business and personal life to fit what really was best for me and my kids, and now rise into a beautiful, deeply aligned, rooted, and thriving life and business that truly works for me and my family.

It’s not always linear or neat, but it is possible.

Here’s my story:

I started my first business—a VA biz turned podcast production agency—in 2018 when I was married and my boys were 2 and a 4, leaving a career in medicine to figure out how to hold both of these parts of me: the ambitious one and the one that really wanted and needed to be home and present with her kids while navigating some heavy family things.

I’ve been a full-time stay-at-home mom and also a multiple six-figure podcast agency owner* then coach working from my couch—or a desk or my bed—with a toddler and a preschooler cuddling next to me or on my lap. (Hell, they’re 9 and 11 now and still do that!)

I’ve been that business owner who worked way more than she wanted to, was really only half present with my kids, couldn’t enjoy down time because my body was constantly keyed up feeling like I was missing something, resented school breaks because I was so overwhelmed with balancing both work and the kids being home, and who focused only on the revenue numbers coming in but had no clue what the finer details of my business numbers were or even what to look for, let alone how to use them. (P.S. in hindsight that would have helped A LOT, which is why I talk about it so much with my clients now!)

I've navigated ADHD in not only myself—not diagnosed until I was 38—but both of my kids. And we all have different strengths and struggles with it, as is generally the case. 💛

And I went through a very long "messy middle" season where just about everything in my life as I knew it—and a whole lot of privilege I'd taken for granted—came crashing down and had to be released (marriage, money, my first business), all while parenting and working in my businesses.

But now?

Yes, I got a divorce and that helped 😂, but leading up to, through, and since all of that clearing that happened in my life and businesses, A LOT has shifted for me as I went through that journey that has evolved into my Rooted & Thriving™️ Method.

Now, I'm 42 and a happy and present single mama with a great relationship with both my boys, I ADORE the work I do and the women I serve as a business mentor and life coach, and I honestly feel the most grounded, clear, fulfilled, confident, beautiful, myself, and empowered than I ever have in my life.

Also of note:

✨ I no longer resent school breaks. The kids and I have had the most grounded, spacious, and joy-filled summer I can remember (and I'm making more money than I have in the last few years since my divorce!)

✨ I make business decisions from a grounded and data-driven place in both businesses (I also started a new, smaller version of my podcast work in addition to this business).

✨ I feel truly empowered and in command around my money both in my businesses and my personal life than I ever have in my life, even though I've got way less of it than I used to at this phase of my rebuilding journey. 💛

✨ I set and hold boundaries confidently both in my business and in my personal life.

✨ I happily and confidently delegate what I can.

✨ I know exactly what numbers matter—and which don't—in my businesses.

✨ I have systems and processes in place in my businesses that work with MY brain.

Your own version of a life and business you adore and are so deeply aligned with YOU and your sweet family IS possible. And I'd love to support you in getting there.

I’m known for my ability to blend strategy with soul—for helping women build profitable, sustainable businesses that really honors their unique personality, family, goals, life experiences, passions, and needs.

I don’t do cookie-cutter. I don’t teach formulas. I support you—as a whole, unique, and beautiful human being—in building a business that feels like home in your body, your schedule, your life, and your values. 💛

So, how does all this work?

This is a 3 month, high-touch, high-support 1:1 coaching container.

We’ll work together use my signature framework—the Rooted & Thriving™ Method, a trauma-aware, data-informed, capacity-honoring approach—designed to help you grow and scale a sustainable and profitable business without burning out or abandoning yourself or your personal priorities (like being able to show up as the mother you want to be!)

Here’s how we’ll roll, in a fluid and 100% customized-for-you flow. There are no rigid steps in my world!:

🌑 Regulate

We’ll calm the chaos—in both your body AND your business. (An added bonus? It tends to overflow into calming the chaos in your home and parenting, as well!)

You’ll learn to move emotions through your body so they no longer stay stuck there, recognize how and when your body responds to a trigger, and how to regulate your nervous system to shift out of spirals or shutdown so you can lead and make business moves from your rooted CEO energy, not survival mode or fear as we move through the next phases.

🌘 Reflect

We’ll zoom out from that grounded lens and see what’s actually going on in your business and how it works around (or maybe doesn’t yet!) your home life. Your numbers—even if you’re intimidated by them right now. I’ll walk you through it!— as well as what’s working and not working with how you’ve currently got things rolling, and how you feel as you move through your days.

Whether we’re using data dashboards (I’ve also got this for you, love! Don’t worry, it’s not as scary as it sounds.) or intuitive journaling and reflecting, this is about getting grounded, data-informed clarity around what is actually going on right now and at each step of the way so that we can move forward into the next phases faster.

This helps us solve for the RIGHT problem, instead of throwing spaghetti at the wall hoping something sticks but feeling starving because no one wants to eat spaghetti pulled off the wall. 🤣

🌖 Refine

Here, we take everything we’ve uncovered—your personality, your family rhythm, your goals and priorities inside and outside the business—and refine the strategy so that it’s truly build for YOU.

Create clearer offers. Stronger boundaries. More powerful messaging. Less people-pleasing. More aligned marketing and delivery (that doesn’t even have to include ANY social media). More present family—and YOU!—time.

We solidify what’s working, tweak what’s could be working better, and let go of what’s not.

🌕 Rise

This is where things start to click consistently. Clients say yes faster. You know exactly where your next clients are coming from. You raise your rates without panicking. Selling doesn’t feel gross anymore. You’re making money in a way that feels good. AND you have the time and presence to actually enjoy it.

Because you are SO worthy of a full, rooted, thriving, and passion-filled life and business, my love! 💛

And my coaching work is holistic—meaning ALL of you and your life is considered and coached around when it comes up, no matter what your primary reason for coming to work together is. It’s not just business coaching, because you’re not just a business owner. 😘

Oh, and obvs kids are always welcome on any calls in my world. Breastfeeding on the call, getting up to change a diaper or wipe an 🍑 (like I used to need to do when my kids were younger 🤪), grab a snack, set up something to watch…it’s all good and safe and just part of this balance. 💛

What’s Included:

  • Two x 50-minute coaching calls each month—with the flexibility to extend up to 90 minutes or add an extra call if needed—to go deep into the strategy or inner work during our time together, while leaving enough time between to integrate and not add just more things to hold in your brain.

  • Unlimited support between-calls via text, voice, or video messages in a private Telegram chat for anything that comes up—whether that’s something you need help with or something you want to celebrate together—because you deserve support all week long, not just on call days.

  • Free access to lots of tools, templates, and resources to save you loads of time and mental load—especially helpful for moms running DFY service-based businesses like podcast production or VA work but honestly helpful for coaching businesses as well!

  • Custom made spreadsheets and data dashboards as needed (that you don’t have to figure out how to make or set up, because I’m a nerd and love doing this part!) to help you get super clear on what’s going on in your business so you can make informed CEO decisions and stop trying to do all the things but feeling like you’re getting nowhere. Especially as a mama who wants to make full time income and impact in part time hours—and who already has a heavy mental load—this is huge and often one of my clients’ most impactful parts of working together.

This is deep, personalized support built around your life—not one more thing you have to keep up with.

What’s the investment?

$3,000 USD (or $1,000/m x 3 months if you prefer to split it up) for 3 months of coaching and mentorship together

*Limited scholarship opportunities are available and detailed below

💛 Scholarship Opportunities

I am deeply passionate about helping women create lives of safety, confidence, independence, and fulfillment—especially those who are navigating the aftermath of domestic violence or single motherhood. Because I’ve been there. I’ve supported clients through it. And I know how important it is to not go through it alone.

And I also feel strongly about creating and being a safe space for women who are struggling with self-trust after a traumatic or difficult previous coaching experience. It’s happened WAY too often in the last several years.

In honor of that, I reserve one of each of these scholarship spots each quarter:

1️⃣ If you’re a mother—or even if you don’t have kids—working on leaving or having left an abusive relationship, I understand the unique challenges you face, and I want to support you on your journey to healing and rebuilding. I offer one scholarship spot each quarter for women in this situation to receive 3 months of private coaching (same as above) at a deeply discounted rate on a sliding scale.

(Like, seriously….I mean it when I say DEEPLY discounted. Like nearly 100% discounted if that’s what you need. I’ve been there where even paying for rent and food was a challenge but I really needed support, so if you think this support could help you and you’re really ready to do the inner and outer work to rebuild and take back your power but need some help to get there, please don’t let money fear stop you and reach out. Let’s talk about it. No matter what financial situation you’re in. I’ve got you. 💛)

2️⃣ If you deeply resonate with my work and feel that coaching together could help you, but investing in yourself again after a difficult or even traumatic previous coaching experience feels paralyzing, I see you. It’s scary as hell to trust and invest with someone again after you’ve been hurt by someone you trust. And/or to trust yourself again if maybe your experience wasn’t necessarily harmful but you just didn’t get what you thought you’d be getting out of it or you felt like you got talked or pressured into spending a lot of freaking money. Unfortunately you’re not alone, and I understand that you probably need a different investment approach that feels safer for your nervous system.

If this is you, I offer one scholarship spot each quarter for women in this situation to receive 3 months of private coaching (the same as above) structured in a way that I’ve found feels much safer and slower for a healing nervous system: a low base rate ($500/month) + 10% of any new revenue made in your business (paid monthly x just those 3 months). More details of how this works and why I structured it this way in the FAQs below.

If you’re interested in applying for either of these scholarship spots, please reach out directly via email at kim@bothandmotherhood.com to discuss scholarship availability and answer any questions you have. I would be honored to help you reclaim your power and create a thriving, peaceful life for you and your family.

Ok, Kim…what kind of results are we talking here, exactly?!

Here’s the thing.

I don’t believe that the path to the kind of business and life you really want is found by following a checklist of things to do or steps to take.

I believe that it takes a willingness to show up for yourself and your business—even when it feels scary—and both outer work (strategy, boundaries, showing up, talking to people 😉) and inner work (mindset, healing, challenging old stories and likely stretching out of your comfort zone in some areas.)

(I want to add that I’m talking about things that stretch you outside of your comfort zone that will likely feel uncomfortable but still feel safe, and with support. I’m not talking about putting you in any situations that feel unsafe.)

And while I can and will guide you and support you through all of it, I can’t do that work for you. So your growth and results are up to you and the timeline of your own journey, because we all go at different speeds.

But if you are ready to decide that you are worthy of stepping into the life and business you desire, I’m here to guide you there and this work can change your life.

So while I think it goes without saying that obvs I can’t guarantee any specific results for you or your business, here are some examples of things that past clients (all moms) have felt and achieved during our work together:

  • Feeling really balanced between motherhood and business

  • Developed more confidence in showing up online for her business

  • Moved from feeling like she was taking each day minute by minute to feeling more calm and abundance in her days

  • Made more money with less clients

  • Gotten their first (and beyond) clients

  • Had two $10k revenue months in one quarter

  • Developed an improved relationship with themselves and a new calm sense of focus, life, and love in her life

  • Put and held boundaries in place with clients and team for the first time

  • Hired their first team members

  • Gotten clarity and peace in their business

  • Feeling more calm and focus in her life

  • Having more space in her days

  • Untangled problems she was having around money, work, and self worth

  • Gone from feeling overwhelmed and paralyzed doing certain tasks to being able to just sit down and take care of them now where they feel like no big deal

  • Improved confidence both in and out of their business

  • Experiencing less shame in her choices

But I think there’s much more to choosing the right coach for you than results (although those are important, of course!)

Because honestly anyone can post results that may or may not be inflated or taken out of context—and although I intentionally use my client’s exact words whenever possible and have only mentioned results from clients in this container, I know you may not know me from Adam and I honor your critical thinking here.

I get that choosing a coach to be vulnerable with and put your trust in is a really big deal, and one I don’t take lightly. So….

Here’s what some of my most recent private clients have had to say:

- Haley, mom of 2, CEO of Heart Centered Podcasting

- Monica, mom of 2

- Sarah, single mama of 1

Alright babe, let’s hop on a call and talk!

FAQs

  • If you’ve tried group coaching or courses before and felt like you just couldn’t make the progress you want because your situation is different, and/or you found that you just really really craved someone to get help from that could know your exact story and situation and help you make the plan yours, then 1:1/private coaching is likely a great fit for you. Because that’s why it’s my favorite!

We have the chance to go deeper and faster than in a group or course setting because I get to know you, your business, and your family really really well and you have unlimited access to me 5+ days a week between Telegram and calls.

On a discovery call, we will talk through your specific situation and goals and I can help you decide if 1:1 coaching is the best next step.

  • When we start working together, we’ll look at your gross revenue (how much you charged and got paid from all clients in your biz, before any payment processing fees) over the last few months and agree on a baseline amount. This reflects the income you were already earning before we started coaching.

After that, each month for a total of 3 months (starting with month 2), you’ll report your revenue for the previous month via a simple Google Form.

If your revenue was higher than the baseline, I’ll invoice you for 10% of the difference. If there’s no increase in revenue or it’s below the baseline, there will be no revenue share payment that month.

  • This allows you to start with a super low monthly rate of $500, and the revenue share only kicks in when your business is growing—so you’re paying more only as you make more.

It’s a way to make coaching more accessible and aligned with your success! And also, in my experience, can feel safer on your nervous system as a mom and entrepreneur.

Especially if you’ve unfortunately had some not so great coaching experiences in the past or you’re a single mama rebuilding things and money’s tight.

*And seriously…as long as you’re feeling supported in the way that you need and are at the place that’s right for you in this season of your life, I do. not. care. how long it takes you to make enough money to pay a revenue share, or if you do some months or every month. Everyone’s journey looks different for a variety of reasons.

I chose this model for YOU, not for me.

(Sharing this because as women, I’ve found that we tend to have a fear of letting someone down if we don’t “perform” better or whatever. So I just wanna help you let that go right here, babe.)

Sure, I’ll make more when you make more, but that’s a win/win for both of us and just icing on the cake. Not the cake itself. xx

  • I recommend a minimum of 3 months to truly dive into the transformations you’re seeking, and I offer a 3 month package because in my experience that feels the safest on most women’s nervous systems when putting their trust in working with someone new. Most clients see significant changes in their business and life within this time frame.

But honestly the deepest and most sustainable results come from longer term work because again, you’re a full-ass human being and there are often layers of things at play.

Most of my private clients choose to continue for another 6-12 months or more after the initial 3 month container, because there’s also a deep benefit of long-term work with the same coach. (Especially for business mentorship work!) Some clients feel completely happy and complete with just the 3 months (more for life coaching, in my experience).

It’s totally up to you and your unique situation, goals, and season of life.

  • Yes! In addition to our coaching calls, you’ll have unlimited access to me through Telegram (via text or voice messages). This allows you to get support, check-ins, and clarity between calls—especially when those “in-the-moment” questions or challenges arise.

  • Life happens! I understand that things come up, especially as a mom and business owner. If you need to reschedule a call, just let me know 24 hours in advance if you can and communicate with me about what’s up if you can’t, and we’ll find a new time that works for both of us.

  • I’ve found 2 calls a month to be the sweet spot for consistent and sustainable progress while leaving enough room for integration and life between, but if you feel you have a unique situation that requires something different just talk to me about it (on our discovery call or you can email me at kim@kimdifillippo.com) and we can talk through what might be the best option.

I do offer Telegram only packages from time to time, so just reach out and ask if you feel that might be the best fit.

  • Absolutely. While my main focus is working with moms who are building or growing businesses from home, I also am happy to support women who are not moms, who are bonus moms or who never want to be moms, if we are otherwise a great fit for each other!

And there’s no business needed…I also support stay-at-home moms, moms who work in more traditional jobs, or those in transition—whether it’s personal development, life transitions, or rebuilding after difficult seasons (like domestic violence, divorce, etc.).

Don’t feel like you have to fit in any box to work together! If you feel called and think working with me could help you, book a call and let’s talk it out! I’d love to hear your story and support you if it feels aligned.

  • I do my absolute best to provide an inclusive and safe space for everyone and I’ve done (and continue to do) work around anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion and believe in my ability to coach and work with anyone.

That being said, I will fully own that I am a cishet white woman and therefore have my own filters and life experiences and sometimes might get things wrong.

But if I ever f*ck something up, I am always dedicated to a conversation around it and making it right in a way that honors and supports your experience. And I am dedicated to always working to keeping the space in general a safe and supportive space for all.

  • Coaching is an investment in yourself, and I want to make sure it’s the right fit for you. While I don’t offer refunds, I encourage you to book a free call with me to discuss any concerns and ensure we’re aligned before moving forward. And if you choose to start working together, I always encourage all of my clients from day 1 to keep an open conversation with me about what feels good, what doesn’t, what support you’re loving, and what you don’t like or need differently. Because this container is for YOU!

  • Totally get that. Especially if you’ve had not so great (or unfortunately even harmful) experiences with other coaches, it’s totally normal to feel a little more hesitant before investing with someone new.

I’d suggest booking a free coaching session with me so you can get some no pressure, no commitment support and a real taste of what it looks and feels like to be coached by me.

And you’re always welcome to shoot me an email at kim@bothandmotherhood.com or hit me up on IG and we can chat things out and get to know each other a little better in the DMs. (If you reach out to me via IG, know that I’m not currently active at all on the front end there, but I do check my DMs frequently!)

No matter what, I encourage you to slow down, breathe a bit, and trust your body’s guidance. xx
