What even is a data dashboard?
A Data Dashboard is a simple, organized place to go to find the answers to the questions you have about your business…all in one place. Think the dashboard in your car…it just tells you the info you need to know to be safe and be able to drive effectively, right? Gas level, speed, temp, etc.….you don’t—and don’t need to—see all the codes and things going on on the backend, but they’re there.
Now I may know very little about the inner workings of a car, but I DO know and get the nerdy data stuff behind running a business, and how to pull the ones in that matter to the questions YOU are asking. This isn’t a one-sized-fits-all thing, because you and your business are not one-sized-fits-all!
This might look like answering the questions:
What are my sales numbers at in real time (at any given time, without having to log into Stripe and PayPal and your bank!)?
Where are my sales and opt ins coming from? Like, is all the effort I’m spending on whatever platforms or marketing efforts ACTUALLY paying off and leading to leads and sales?

I’ll create some data dashboards for you in LookerStudio (a Google product that works with Google Analytics) and help get you clarity over the chaos.

Three custom, branded LookerStudio dashboards: This will be tailored to fit your specific needs and business, but generally includes a traffic & conversions dashboard, a real time sales dashboard, and one funnel dashboard for one of your offers or sales journeys. These allow you to see revenue, growth, what’s going well, what isn’t, and much more in a way that’s simple to understand and easy to tweak as your business evolves.
All the set up and back end bits done for you: After we’ve had a quick kickoff call to get things rolling, I’ll start with a walk through of all of your current client journeys, websites, and social platforms to see what needs tracked and where. (Don’t worry, although I’m happy to talk you through what I’m looking for and doing with it, you can just ignore this part and know that I’m doing the back end searching and work for you!)
I’ll create and walk you through a UTM strategy (and what UTMs are…don’t worry, they aren’t as scary as they sound! But they DO help you find the answers you’re looking for when it comes to marketing efforts) for your business and a video walkthrough for you or your team to run with moving forward.
I’ll also set up your Google Analytics account for you (or make sure it’s optimized for what you want to track if you’re already up and running with it)., and create any spreadsheets and automations that are necessary to make all of this happen without you having to search for it!
